A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The information on the accused shall be disclosed through an information and communications network for three years.

Criminal facts

On March 11, 2013, the defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") agreed on the facts that his/her father and wife were assaulted by the victims, and the victims were the house of the defendant.
