Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving CEX car.

On August 14, 2014, at around 14:20, the Defendant driven the said car without mandatory insurance, and driven the two-lane road in the direction D at the net City D along with two-lanes from the Dong name elementary school to the Women's Cultural Center.
