[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates “D” in Jinju-si, and Defendant B is an employee at the same place of business.

1. No person who has committed an act of arranging sexual intercourse, etc. with many and unspecified persons by receiving or promising them to receive money, valuables or other property benefits;

Nevertheless, from February 28, 2017 to March 13, 2018, the Defendant employed a massage room, etc. in the aforementioned “D” and found out such room, and received an average of KRW 180,000 won (cash KRW 170,00,000 and credit card KRW 190,000) in return for sexual traffic from male customers, and had the said female employees acquire a total of KRW 74,440,00 by allowing them to have sexual intercourse with customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

2. From February 2018 to March 13, 2018, Defendant B, while working as an employee from the aforementioned “D,” Defendant: (a) received the price for sexual traffic from customers in the Kabter in order to assist them with awareness of the fact that he/she arranged sexual traffic; (b) provided guidance to customers as sexual traffic service providers; and (c) provided guidance to customers as sexual traffic service providers; and (d) provided management of business establishments, such as delivering the contact sea to the women of sexual traffic.

As a result, the defendant assisted A to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
