Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 30, 2013, Defendant A sentenced eight months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Suwon District Court on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungsung Vocational Training Correctional Institution on April 27, 2013.
Criminal facts
1. Defendant A’s criminal act and J are persons operating the Young-gu K, Young-gu K and 204 business trip site in Suwon-si, and L is a person who is working as the head of the above business establishment and has engaged in the business of contact and collection.
