A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 협박 피고인은 2016. 9. 4. 02:00 경 경기 구리시 C에 있는 'D 약국' 앞 길에서 피해자 E(60 세) 가 운행하는 F 택시에 승차 하여 목적지인 교문 초등학교로 가 던 중 구토 증세가 있어 피해 자로부터 택시에서 내린 후 구토하라는 말을 듣자 격분하여, 피해자에게 “ 씹새끼야! 씨 발 새끼야! 택시나 하는 새끼가! 아무도 없는 데로 가자! 죽여 버릴 라니 깐!” 이라고 피해자의 신체에 위해를 가할 것처럼 위협을 가하여, 피해자를 협박하였다.

On September 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) requested a police officer, who received a report on the same damage as the description in paragraph (1), from the victim E, to leave the taxi in front of the H District of the Gu-ri Police Station in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si; (b) on September 4, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s business; and (c) requested a police officer, who received a report on the same damage as that in paragraph (1),

“Around 20 minutes of the taxi,” the victim was unable to operate the taxi without getting off the taxi between approximately 20 minutes.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's taxi operation.

On August 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that he was a person who reported the Defendant in relation to the case of interference with his duties before he was on the part of the JJ pharmacy located in Gui-si, Gi-si, Gi-si, Gi-si, the victim E (Si-si 61) and was on the part of the JJ pharmacy located in Gui-si, Gi-si, the victim E (Si-si 61); and (b) moved to the Gi-si, Gi-si, Gi-si, the victim was on the part of the victim E
