Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2014, at around 17:15, the Defendant reported that the victims C and friendlys were smoking tobacco in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2 apartment commercial building, while the Defendant was working together in the street room in front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2 apartment commercial building, and told the victims to avoid smoking.

At this time, the defendant assaulted the victim's face one time by hand on the ground that the light that the victim saws himself/herself is not in mind.
