Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 12, 2008, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the victim B Co., Ltd. to subscribe to the C goods of KRW 34,690 per monthly insurance premium, and receive KRW 60,000 per day of hospitalization, and KRW 20,000 per day of hospitalization per disaster.

The Defendant received insurance money of KRW 1,440,00 from the victim B, around October 19, 201, KRW 240,000, KRW 560,000 around November 15, 201, KRW 1,60,000 around December 28, 201, and KRW 1,60,000 around February 2, 2012 from the victim B, and received insurance money of KRW 19,820,518 from the victim insurance company until December 7, 2017, by the aforementioned method as shown in Table 1 of the List of Crimes committed.
