A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The application for compensation of this case is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual operator of the manufacturer (State)F of the paint in Jeoncheon-gun Kim Jong-si D (the head office of Geumcheon-gu Seoul building No. 507) and the manufacturer of the paint in Jincheon-gun G of Chungcheongnam-do.
