Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 4, 2010, the Plaintiff et al. filed a lawsuit against the Defendant on July 10, 1941 against the Defendant seeking the cancellation of registration of initial ownership in the Defendant’s name and the confirmation that his ownership is owned to five persons other than the Plaintiff (hereinafter “the Plaintiff”).

The summary of the cause of the prior suit is that the two-party owners, the land before the subdivision of each of the instant lands, i.e., the two-party owners, i., the two-party owners of the land before the subdivision, and that the two-party owners, i.e., the two-party owners of the land before the subdivision, obtained the ownership of each of the instant lands by inheritance, since the title holders and the deceased were the same as the former, the deceased et al., the deceased et al., acquired the ownership of each of the instant lands by inheritance. C. On December 1, 2010, the first instance court of the prior suit filed a lawsuit claiming the cancellation of registration of ownership preservation against the Defendant on the premise of their ownership by 5 other than the Plaintiff, thereby directly accomplishing the purpose of the claim for confirmation.
