A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 7 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On October 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was a person without a certain occupation and without a residence; and (b) was aware of the so-called vehicle’s hair while living together, and stolen property on five occasions in total, as follows.

1. At around 03:00 on October 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that the door of the Espart land owned by the victim D was not set away; (b) opened a door of the said vehicle; and (c) laid down the driver’s seat on the side part of the vehicle; and (d) cut off the unclaimed amount of the vehicle owned by the victim.

2. At around 03:40 on the same day, the Defendant confirmed that the vehicle door owned by the victim G was not locked by the same method in front of the same Gu F, and opened a driver’s seat of the said vehicle and removed a door to the vehicle, resulting in theft of the amount owned by the victim.

3. At around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant confirmed that there was no k5 vehicle door owned by the victim J in the same manner in front of the Gu I, and opened a driver’s seat of the said vehicle, and cut off the vehicle by bringing the unfolded amount of money owned by the victim under the influence of the vehicle.

4. At around 04:15 on the same day, the Defendant confirmed that the door of the NSP vehicle owned by the victim M was not locked by the same method in the same manner in front of the former L, and opened the driver’s seat of the said vehicle, and cut off the amount of the vehicle owned by the victim.

5. At around 05:20 on the same day, the Defendant confirmed that Quutete, owned by the victim P, was not locked by the same method in front of the same Gu, and opened a driver’s seat of the above vehicle, and taken off the 10,000 won paper 1,00 won paper 1,000 won paper 1,000 won paper 1,000 won paper 7, and stolen the amount of money.
