A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those who are engaged in driving a rocketing car;

On the date and time specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving) at a section of about 3 km from the front of the Seoyang-gu Sodong Amdong High School in the Gyeonggi-do to the above new distance of the driving, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.153% of the blood alcohol concentration.
