A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to two years in Seoul Western District Court to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and three years in imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the same court on November 26, 2010, respectively, and on June 2, 2013, the same criminal power is more than six times in addition to the completion of the last sentence.

1. On August 2, 2013, from around 17:00 to 18:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) up to the second floor of multi-household houses in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the victim D located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, set up gas pipelines from the outer walls; (b) opened a toilet window with the second floor of the building and opened a toilet window with the second floor; and (c) entered the cre in which the victim sent out, the victim, who was kept in the inner balp of the inner balp, made up ten gold 10,000 won in total; and (d) cut them.

2. 3. On May 19, 2014, at around 13:50, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate in which the victim H residing in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and opened a gate with the idea of theft of property; and (b) opened up up to 3 floors up to 3 floors, followed the kimchi cooling house in front of the entrance; and (c) repeatedly intruded the entrance, and repeatedly intruded the house.

As long as the act of intrusion upon residence appears to have occurred habitually, the act of intrusion upon residence is committed.
