1. The plaintiff

A. Defendant B received KRW 75,000,000,000, at the same time, with respect to the attached real estate No. 1, and 280,840.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Defendants are owners of real estate in the attached Form, which is included in the size of 13,09m2 in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Plaintiff’s reconstruction project implementation district.
