1. As to the Plaintiff’s KRW 253,447,400 and KRW 80,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000.
Reasons
1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, unless there is a dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the whole pleadings:
The defendant issued four copies of the electronic bills (hereinafter referred to as "each of the bills of this case") as follows:
(1) Bill number: C: 80,000,000 won for each type of electronic bill: The due date of the electronic bill: July 31, 2018; the due date of issuance; and the due date of February 28, 2018: The due date of the electronic bill number: B (2) the due date of the electronic bill number of 60,000,000: the due date of the electronic bill: the due date of August 31, 2018: the due date of the issuance: (3) the issuer of the old four U.S. Corporation: B (3) the due date of the bill number of the 80,000,000 won: the due date of the electronic bill: the due date of September 30, 2018: the issue date of B: 40,000,000 won: the due date of the issuance of B. 18: 4: the due date of the previous D. D. Corporation 4: B. 30,14:18:1.4:1.
B. The Plaintiff presented each of the instant bills at each due date, but the payment was refused on the ground of the receipt of the accident, and the Plaintiff currently holds each of the instant bills.
2. According to the facts of the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff is a lawful holder of each of the bills of this case, and the defendant bears the responsibility as the drawer of each of the bills of this case.
Therefore, for the Plaintiff KRW 253,447,40,00 ( ① 80,00,000 ( ② 60,000,000 won ③ 80,000,000 won ④ 33,447,400 won ( ④ 33,400,000) and its 80,000,000 won, which is the day following the due date for each of the instant bills, from August 1, 2018, 60,000 won, which is the day following the due date for each of the instant bills, from September 1, 2018, 80,000,000, which is the day following the due date for each of the instant bills, from October 1, 2018 to the day following the due date for each of the instant bills, from October 5, 2018 to the due date for each of the instant bills, from August 1, 2016.
