A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant conspiredd with the victim B for about 6-7 months as a company member.
1. Around 22:00 on September 21, 2013, the Defendant was under confinement with the victim on the following following a threat: (a) around 08:00 on the part of the Defendant’s apartment room in Sacheon-si, Mamo-si; (b) while drinking alcohol with the said victim; (c) around 08:00 on September 22, 201, the said victim was at his house; (d) the victim’s handphones and the key of the vehicle were deducted; and (e) the victim took the victim’s cellphones and the key to the vehicle; (e) cut the victim’s clothes; and (e) cut the victim’s clothes to the victim; (e) the victim died; (e) then, (e) the Defendant was under confinement with the right side of the said victim’s arms, attached to the Mamo-si and Mamo-si; and (e) the victim was under confinement for about 130 hours prior to the same day.
2. At around 22:00 on January 15, 2014, the Defendant was in preparation for the above victim in a “luminous resting area” located in Spocheon-si, Spocheon-si, for one hour only, and was accommodated in the same manner as “Fmotour” 201 in E in the same city. At around 23:40 on the same day, the Defendant was able to cover the victim’s house at the above her house, thereby hiding the key of the victim’s Gmoto TG vehicle into an air conditioner, hiding the key of the victim’s vehicle at an air conditioner, and putting the victim in front of 24 hours, and “as such, she shall take off these wnings, snows, and flags: hing the victim,” and harming the victim, and harming the victim, and harming the victim from the victim’s wall up to 0:8 hours on the following day, 200 to the victim’s wall.
