A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the National Sports Promotion Act shall design, manufacture, or distribute a system that issues voting rights for sports promotion or things similar thereto through an information and communications network under Article 2 (1) 1 of the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Network and Protection, etc. of Information and Communications Network;

From December 2014 to May 2015, the Defendant and C set the dividend rate at the above E office to the winning of the sports events, such as domestic and external axiss, and the deaf-gu, and, on the Internet, if the members recruited through the Internet transfer the money for betting to an influence account, they deposited the amount of cyber money equivalent to the same amount with the ID of the members, let the said members betting cyber money, and let the said members betting the cyber money as a result of the domestic and foreign sports, and developed the F, G, and H, which is the gambling site for exchanging the said cyber money.
