A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Gohap 167"

1. On October 22, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driven a Gsch-ton car in the section of about 80 meters from the front of the restaurant “Seoul Metropolitan City Red-ro 27, Hongsan-ro, Hong-ro, Hong-ro, Hong-si, to the front day of the 59 GS convenience store in Jeonju-si, without obtaining a driver’s license on October 22, 2015.

2. On October 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around October 22, 2015; (b) received a training reaction as a result of a training test conducted by the victim I (32) patrolmen belonging to the Korean National Police Agency H of the former North Korean National Police Agency; and (c) the victim J (26).

However, the Defendant refused the victim's lower demand and proceeded with the vehicle driving at one to two meters from the victim'sJ as it is, however, was prevented from the victim'sJ.

The Defendant continued to stop the progress of the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the vehicle after having left the vehicle of the Defendant, and the victim I opened the door of the driver’s seat to cut the Defendant’s arms on the left hand, and obstructed the progress of the Defendant’s vehicle, but again, the said vehicle, which is a dangerous object to turn on the vision, runs toward one to two meters on the right side of the vehicle, thereby moving the said vehicle into the victim’s J’s left side bucks and breaking the Defendant’s arms into the front part of the vehicle, thereby causing the victim J to pling or breaking up the left hand of the said vehicle, which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment, and causing the victim I to incur injury to the left part of the instant vehicle and the left part of the knife and the damaged part of the knife for the left part of the vehicle, which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and sustained injuries by hindering police officers from performing their legitimate duties in regulating drinking.
