A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On February 5, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months and 2 years for attempted larceny at the Chuncheon District Court on October 29, 2009, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Chuncheon District Prosecutors' Office on August 20, 209, to transfer the case to the Juvenile Department on August 20, 2010, to the Juvenile Department on September 30, 2010, and was sentenced to a juvenile protective order at the Chuncheon District Court on September 15, 2012, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months and 2 years for attempted larceny at the Chuncheon District Court on October 15, 2012, and was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 1 year and 6 months at the Chuncheon District Court on March 14, 2013 and sentenced to a final judgment of 18 million won or more in prison on December 14, 2018, 2016.
[2] On June 20, 2017, around 23:30 on June 20, 2017, the Defendant opened a front door of the EWz car owned by the victim D, which was parked at the front parking lot of Chuncheon-si B apartment C, and colored the stolen objects, and thus, the Defendant did not carry out the purport of the stolen objects because there was no stolen objects, and it was committed against the attempted crimes, from that time until July 19, 2017, the Defendant attempted to steal the victims’ property at least nine times in total as indicated in the list of crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victims' property habitually.
