Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor bicycle wheel, who is a motor bicycle, in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

On April 22, 2019, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven the electric kickboard, which led to a two-lane road in front of Busan District captain B, along the two-lane.

Since there is a center line of yellow solid lines, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by passing the center line to the right-hand side of the center line.

Nevertheless, as a result of the Defendant’s negligence of neglecting this, the Defendant got off the right side part of the E-driving FK7 car, which was bypassing from the left side of the proceeding direction to the school from the D market to the school, and received the front part of the said kickboard.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim G(32 years of age) who was on board the said K7 car due to such occupational negligence, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the owner of the electric kick kickboard, which is a motorcycle.

In spite of the fact that anyone is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road, the defendant operated the electric kickboard on the road, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place under the preceding paragraph.
