Punishment of the crime

On March 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 300,000 won for three years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on March 20, 2015.

2. Around July 21, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place as the above Paragraph 1, connected to the Internet ancient car page by using a computer, and the victim F posted a notice that “I would purchase the cock aviation tickets and accommodation tickets”, and sent text messages to the victim, thereby transferring the text messages to the victim, and “I would transfer the ticket, accommodation ticket, if I would transfer the money.”

However, the defendant did not have the right of aviation and accommodation, so even if he receives the payment from the victim, he did not have an intention or ability to transfer it to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 11.20,000 won from the victim as the price for airline tickets and accommodation tickets on the same day from the victim to the national bank account (E) in the name of D.

3. The Defendant committed a crime against Victim G is on the Internet in the same place as that of the above paragraph (1) at around August 13, 2014.
