The plaintiff (appointed party)'s claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. C. On July 14, 2016, the Plaintiffs interview F with the employees of the instant research institute, who were the employees of the instant research institute. During the interview, the gists of the Plaintiffs’ statements related to the instant case (not indicated the answers separately) are as follows.
