A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:55 on August 6, 2019, the Defendant was driving CK5 cars while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 00km alcohol concentration of about 0.09% at the section of about 30km from the Songpa-gu Seoul B apartment route to the front day of the Jinsi apartment.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those engaged in driving CK5 cars.

On August 6, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car at a point that is located in the Cheongdo-dong Seoul Metropolitan Area, from the Cheongdo-dong, the Cheongdo-dong, the Defendant caused approximately KRW 1,301,547 of repair cost to go up to the right, and continued to drive the car at a point that is about 1 1 km,547 of repair cost, while driving the car at a point that is about 1 km from the Cheongdo-dong Seoul Metropolitan Area-dong, the Defendant changed the car lanes to the two lanes.

그럼에도 피고인은 위 제1항과 같이 술에 취하여 이를 게을리한 채 방향지시등을 켜지 않고 갑자기 2차로로 차선을 변경한 과실로 때마침 2차로를 주행 중이던 피해자 D(28세) 운전의 E 스파크 승용차가 사고를 피하기 위해 1차로로 방향을 바꿨다가 우측 갓길까지 미끄러지면서 가드레일을 들이받고 전도되도록 하였다.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, suffered injury to the above victim, such as cerebrovasin, etc., without an open room within the head requiring medical treatment for about three weeks, and injury to the victim F (F, 53 years old) who was on board the damaged vehicle, such as dynasium and tension of the bones of wood that requires medical treatment for about three weeks.
