Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is engaged in driving of a sealed three cargo vehicle B.

1. On March 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”) driven the foregoing cargo vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.075% of alcohol content, and proceeded with the intersection of the Hapong-gun, Hapyeong-gun’s Hapong-gun’s Hapong-gun’s Hapong-gun’s Hapong-si’s Hapong-si’s Hapong-si’s Hapon

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to accurately operate the steering system, brakes, etc. of the motor vehicle, to report the traffic situation well and to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant has been negligent in driving.

Before the same direction, the victim C (at the age of 43) discovered and operated a DNA-learning car driven by the victim C (at the age of 43), but failed to stop, and led the victim's vehicle back to the front part of the Defendant's driving vehicle.

The Defendant, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, suffered a shoulder and sprinkle of the arms that require treatment for about two weeks.
