1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months;

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving of a car at Denz.

도로교통법위반(음주운전), 도로교통법위반(무면허운전) 피고인은 2014. 11. 18. 22:00경 경남 고성군 고성읍에 있는 상호불상의 식당 앞 도로에서부터 통영시 광도면 죽림리에 있는 주영더팰리스3차 아파트 앞 도로에 이르기까지 약 20km 구간에서 자동차운전면허를 받지 아니하고 혈중알코올농도 0.137%의 술에 취한 상태로 위 승용차를 운전하였다.

C. At around 22:30 on the same day immediately after the occurrence of a traffic accident, the Defendant was sent to the G Hospital emergency room located in the F in Tong-young.

The Defendant stated that the Defendant called “B, by putting a telephone to the above hospital, caused a traffic accident while driving a drinking without a license, and will be bound by the drinking driving force.”

The above B, which heard the circumstances of the defendant, proposed that "this accident will be driven by the match", and that he would be the best to drive, and that the defendant would be punished, and the defendant consented to the punishment.

Accordingly, the above B receives a traffic accident report at the same time and place.
