Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a marina business with the trade name “C” from the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B and the third floor.

No one shall conduct business of providing services in an educational environment protection zone (or absolute protection zone from school entrance up to 50 meters in straight line, and relative protection zone up to 200 meters in straight line from school entrance), such as physical contact between unspecified persons or exposure to confidential parts, or which are likely to cause any act similar thereto, in order to protect the health, sanitation, safety, learning, and educational environment of students.

Nevertheless, from September 2, 2017 to March 2, 2018, the Defendant divided the above business places within approximately 139 meters from D boundary lines into door, and installed a shower room in the form of a locker with a structure that makes it difficult to see the inside in itself, and installed a shower room in which shower goods and shower, etc. are installed separately, and then run a business to provide services that are likely to cause physical contacts, such as exposure to the body of an unspecified number of male customers visiting the business places by using hand, and thereby making a shower room with which shower goods and shower, etc. are installed.
