1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,198,648 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from December 1, 2015 to February 23, 2016.

The Plaintiff is a stock company engaged in the food material distribution business. The Defendant is a person engaged in the food material retail business in its trade name. The Plaintiff supplied food materials from December 23, 2014 to November 20, 2015. The Plaintiff’s price for the goods that was not paid from November 20, 2015 was 22,198,648, and the facts of the 22,198,648, which were not in dispute between the parties, or the purport of the entire pleadings as a whole. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 22,198,648 and the damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum prescribed by the Commercial Act from December 1, 2015 to February 23, 2016, which is the delivery date of the original copy of the payment order in this case.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
