Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving an CA110B-wheeled vehicle without a license plate.

On February 22, 2018, the Defendant driven the upper vehicle at around 22:40 on a Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si, led to the intersection of the private distance in front of the public playground located in Gwangju-si, to the speed of about 50 km from the side of the Gwangju Police Station to the wave.

There is an intersection where signal, etc. is installed.

In such cases, a driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle in accordance with good faith.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and passed through the intersection in violation of the signal while the signal at the front is a yellow light, and the part on the left side of the victim B(53 ) driving, who is straightened from the right side of the course to the left side of the signal, was received as the front wheels of the Defendant’s vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the above victim due to the above occupational negligence, such as the distribution salt requiring approximately two weeks medical treatment.
