around 13:45 on October 7, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s breast part as his driver on the ground that he expressed the victim D (son, 46 years old) who is a partner of the workplace at the office located in Busan Dongdong-gu B and the towing vehicle's parking problem, and that the victim's chest was "on the part of the defendant's breast part of the towing vehicle."
