Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates a bicycle.
On October 15, 2014, the Defendant, around 13:58, was driving ahead of the Sinsan-dong, Seoyang-dong, Seoyang-dong, Seoyang-si, Sinsan-si, and was driving ahead of the post office at the new bank, along one-lane way to the department store.
Since there was a victim C (n, 61 years old) who gets a bicycle on the left side of the Defendant's running direction, there was a duty of care to prevent the accident in advance by driving the bicycle safely by thoroughly performing the duty of pre-driving and driving the bicycle.
