Punishment of the crime

A defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information in Grade III and is a person with a duty to file a report with the competent police station within 20 days from the date a reason for change arises if personal information is changed.

1. On January 28, 2015, the Defendant failed to report personal information to the competent police station by June 1, 2015, even though personal information was changed after purchasing CNEW franchise-XG vehicles. Thus, the Defendant breached its duty to submit personal information.

2. On January 29, 2015, the Defendant failed to report to the competent police station by June 1, 2015, although his/her address was changed from Daegu Suwon-gu E, 304 Dong 408, the Defendant violated the duty to submit personal information.
