1. Defendant A Co., Ltd.:
(a) From September 2, 2015, for KRW 76,790,199 and KRW 28,174,073 among them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) On May 14, 2002, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation loaned 150,000,000 won to Defendant A Co., Ltd. at the rate of 7% per annum on May 13, 2005 and interest rate of 18% per annum on delay delay. Defendant B guaranteed joint collateral extended loans to Defendant A within the limit of 39,000,000 won.
(2) On October 16, 2001, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation set the repayment period of KRW 100,000,000 to Defendant A Co., Ltd. at 7.75% per annum on October 14, 2005 and the delay delay rate of KRW 18% per annum. Defendant B guaranteed joint and several attendance of the Defendant Co., Ltd. within the limit of KRW 26,00,000.
B. (1) The Defendant Co., Ltd. paid only a part of the principal and interest of loans as of May 14, 2002, and as of September 1, 2015, Defendant Co., Ltd. remains unpaid amounts of KRW 28,174,073 of the principal and interest of loans as of September 1, 2015 and KRW 48,616,126.
(2) As of September 1, 2015, Defendant A Co., Ltd. paid only a part of the principal and interest of loans as of October 16, 2001, and remains unpaid KRW 19,849,051 of the principal and interest of loans as of September 1, 2015 and KRW 32,832,397 of the principal and interest of loans and delay damages.
C. On March 31, 2010, the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation transferred each of the above principal and interest loans to the Plaintiff, and notified the Defendants of the fact of transferring the bonds on May 12, 2010.

According to the facts of the above recognition, Defendant A Co., Ltd., as the principal debtor of the loan, within the scope of the agreed interest rate of KRW 76,790,199 as of May 14, 2002 and KRW 28,174,073 as of KRW 28,174,07 of the loan principal from September 2, 2015 to the date of full payment, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 16% per annum as claimed by the Plaintiff within the agreed interest rate of KRW 16% as of KRW 52,681,48 as of October 16, 201, and interest of KRW 19,849,051 of the loan principal from September 2, 2015 to the date of full payment.
