Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting ballots or similar things by issuing an information and communications network, and shall not gambling using such prohibited acts.

1. On December 4, 2013, from around October 21, 2014 to around October 21, 2014, Defendant A opened a sports gambling site of D-D using a mobile phone and computer at Yangsan-si, etc., Defendant A deposited several accounts, such as a company bank account (Account Number H) in the name of G Co., Ltd., a deposit account at the above site, from the Defendant’s friendship or E’s national bank account (Account Number F), and deposited an amount equivalent to the said amount into cyber money, and received dividends according to the red result on 52 occasions, such as receiving dividends from the red result, by depositing KRW 4,93,00 in the above national bank account via the above national bank account or collecting KRW 5,854,000,00 in total through a non-deposit passbook.

Defendant B, from May 29, 2013 to October 21, 2014, visited the sports gambling site of D-D using mobile phones and computers in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, a residential area, from May 29, 2013 to October 21, 2014, deposited several accounts, such as the company bank account (Account Number J) in the name of the Defendant, which is the deposit account of the said site, from the National Bank account in the name of the Defendant, to several accounts, such as the company bank account (Account Number H), etc. in the name of G-based corporation, which is the deposit account of the said site, and deposited the amount equivalent to the said amount with cyber money in a way that predicts in advance the outcome of the domestic and overseas sports sports game and received dividends in total of KRW 60,971,40 won, which was deposited in total, 15
