1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of disposition;
A. On March 16, 1988, the Plaintiff entered the Air Force on June 1, 1985 and was discharged from military service on the date of maturity on March 16, 1988, filed an application for registration of persons of distinguished service to the State with the Defendant on September 15, 2015, asserting that he/she had been performing two different operations on the path of appointment during military service, but has suffered from a personality disorder.
B. On January 12, 2016, following the deliberation of the Board of Patriots and Veterans Entitlement, the Defendant: (a) did not provide specific and objective supporting materials to verify that the Plaintiff incurred the instant wounds in addition to the Plaintiff’s statement; and (b) on the ground that the “Sae-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-Sa-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-SA

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful
A. The plaintiff's team's assertion that the plaintiff's military unit had worked had a cruel act and assault from time to time under the pretext that the appointed soldiers might have a fluence on the appointment of a military unit or a fluent impact on the military unit. On January 7, 1987, after gathering sick soldiers on the ground that there was no new wall at 1:0 on January 7, 1987, the military unit did not have a fluence and used sick soldiers with the plaintiff's high exchange rate due to the outbreak of illness, but continued to commit fluence with the plaintiff's fluence, and thereafter, the plaintiff was only fluence and fluence caused by a fluence on the high exchange rate. After receiving a leave on January 23, 1987, the aviation research institute received a treatment on the air medical clinic and received a treatment on the fluence on the fluent basis, the military unit did not have a fluent function, but continued to undergo a fluence.
