A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

One (Evidence No. 3) shall be confiscated for a single-use motor vehicle seized.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2010, the Defendant sentenced the Daegu District Court to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on November 8, 201.

C. At around 19:50 on the same day, the Defendant laid in the vicinity of the common cemetery owned by the victim 180 square meters in Sinsan-si, and laid down a shot, fallen leaves, and masts, etc., and tried to set fire into a forest by attaching a single-use dog with a fire. However, the Defendant did not go to an attempted attempt because the forest does not spread on the wind, which is located in a size of about 9 square meters of the area of the forest.

At around 19:00 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant came up with the Victim I’s Ha who is located in Sinsan-si H, and gathered fallen leaves and remaining leaves, etc., and made a fire to another person’s forest, such as a miscellaneous tree with a single-use log with a size of approximately 160 square meters attached thereto.

2. Fire prevention of general goods;

A.
