1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 59,779,219 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from February 26, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Description of Claim

From March 1, 2014 to June 18, 2014, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with structural lectures of KRW 336,362,191 in total.

However, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff KRW 54,587,972 out of the price of the above goods in cash, and paid KRW 71,995,00 at par value issued by another person to secure the payment of the above goods, and KRW 1,50,00 at face value and KRW 1,50,000 at face value and KRW 150,000 at face value and KRW 16,00 on July 16, 2014 at maturity.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff damages for delay at a rate of 20% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment, except for the amount paid or paid with a promissory note to the Plaintiff (i.e., KRW 336,362,191 - KRW 54,587,972 - KRW 71,95,000 - KRW 150,000).
