1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

(a) The Plaintiff’s patent invention (A) invention of this case: B/L 1: B/L 2/L 2/L 2/L 2/L 3/L 2008 includes the flow of fluids in the state of repeated pressure change, such as running of hearts (see Category A/L 1/L 27/L 27). The date of application and system 2/L 2/L 2008/L 2008: B/L 1/3,5-8 of the instant patent invention not subject to examination of the instant lawsuit; B/L 4 of this case’s patent invention of this case, which contains fuel absorption of fuel cells through fuel cell supplied through a fuel cell system through which the fuel cell supplied through the fuel cell is supplied; B/L 2/L 2008/L 2011; B/L 4 of this case’s patent invention of this case, which is not subject to examination of the instant case’s claim; 2/L 2/L 2006 of fuel cells supplied through the fuel cell system;

(iv) Major drawings: as shown in Appendix 1.

B. The challenged invention (which was amended on September 1, 2014) pertains to the Defendant’s specified “fuel cell” and its description and drawings are as specified in attached Table 2.
