A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for the crime of obstruction of the performance of official duties in the Jeonju District Court’s Military Branch, and three times of the obstruction of the performance of official duties, and the same court on October 26, 2016 sentenced six months to imprisonment for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the same court on January 29, 2017 and completed the execution of the sentence in the military prison on January 29, 2017. On May 17, 2018, the Defendant was detained as a special intimidation to the same court on May 17, 2018.
