Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2013, the Defendant operated the Bmine Park Young-gun, Gangwon-gu, and around 15:40 on March 2, 2013, when the Defendant incinerated waste in the vacant lots adjacent to the Defendant’s residence, the Defendant: (a) laid down 10gs of landscape trees attached to the victim D's field for landscaping, which was immediately adjacent to C, and turned out by the fire officers dispatched upon receiving a report.

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the victim’s market price of KRW 6 million by setting fire of KRW 10glus and KRW 300 square meters.
