1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which was not covered by mandatory insurance, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance as follows:

Vehicle number: B, date of violation: January 3, 201, 08: 49, and place of violation: Summary of evidence of the name tag of the head of the Si/Gun in Busan, the head of the Gun, and the head of the Eup/Myeon.
