Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On September 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Jeju District Court on December 5, 2014, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at Jeju Correctional Institution on December 5, 2014. On February 13, 2015, the Jeju District Court sentenced the Defendant to six months of imprisonment for fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 21, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On July 10, 2015, the Defendant, from around 09:00 on the same day to around 13:50 on the same day, through the “Eac shop” operated by the Victim D (Eaccom shop) at Jeju-si (57 years and in spite of the fact that the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol and alcohol from the victim, he/she was aware that he/she would be fully paid the price, and he/she received 70,000 won from the victim, such as beer 6 illness, beer 2 disease, and beer.
