1. 피고인들의 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동상해) 및 폭력행위등처벌에관한법률위반(공동폭행) 피고인들은 C와 공동하여, 2018. 9. 22. 06:40경 안양시 만안구 D 앞에서, 피고인 A은 그곳을 지나가던 피해자 E(여, 23세) 등에게 “뭘 봐, 걸레 같은 년들아!”라고 욕설하여 위 피해자 E 등의 일행과 다투다가 주먹으로 피해자 F(22세)의 얼굴을 수회 때리고, 주먹으로 피해자 G(21세)의 왼쪽 어깨를 때리고, 손으로 위 피해자 E을 밀쳐 넘어뜨리고, 피고인 B는 주먹으로 위 피해자 F의 얼굴을 때리고, 발로 위 피해자 G의 왼쪽 정강이를 걷어차고, 주먹으로 위 피해자 E의 얼굴을 때리고, 발로 피해자 H(21세)의 왼쪽 다리를 걷어차고, C는 위 피해자 E의 머리채를 잡고 흔들어 위 피해자 F 등을 폭행하였다.
