A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 10, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven BK5 car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.170% at around 21:17, and led to a two-lane road in front of the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City in the Yanananananan-gu, Yananannam-gu along the two-lane direction in the direction of the Yanan ICT.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance, such as reducing speed and accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system by checking well the right and the right according to the situation of traffic prior to the operation of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to take the influence of drinking, and caused the eM6 vehicle behind the EM6 vehicle driven by the victim D (Nam, 30 years of age) who is in the atmosphere signaled in the front bank, and caused the eM6 vehicle to be pushed down in the front bank, and caused the estma part of G rocketing other vehicle driven by the victim F (F, South, and 25 years of age) who is in the atmosphere signaled in the front bank.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. in light of the following occupational categories: (a) the victim F, the victim F, and the victim F, and the victim H (V, 26 years of age) who was a partner of the G rocketing and other car, with no room for two weeks of treatment; and (b) the victim H (V, the passenger of the G rocketing and other parts necessary for two weeks of treatment.

2. Around November 21, 2019, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.170% of alcohol concentration from the 1km section of approximately 1k to the place of accident, from the roads in front of the Gongdong-dong Gongsung-dong cafeteria, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seodong-gu, Seodong-gu, Seodong-gu, Seoul to the place of accident as described in paragraphs (1) and (1).
