Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On February 27, 2013, at around 03:15, the Defendant driven the said taxi with the victim D (40 years of age) who is a passenger, and driven the said taxi to drive at about 120 km per hour, along the speed of 168, the 4-lane north from the Audit Station in front of the SKjundong, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at the speed of about 160 km, while driving the 4-lane road from the front side of the Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at the speed of 80 km, at the speed of the restriction, the Defendant was a valley with the speed of 80 km at the speed of the restriction, and had the said taxi wear the said 52 km by his occupational negligence without accurately operating the steering gear and brake system under the speed of the restriction.

The Defendant suffered injury, such as plehion pressure sofacing the 7th period, which requires medical treatment of approximately 12 weeks, to the victim who was on the back of the taxi due to the foregoing traffic accident.
