At around 20:55 on December 8, 201, the Defendant driven a 31 ton modern car truck with about 4 kilometers from the Sim Park in the 2nd Dong-dong, Busan, to the prescribed third distance in the same Gu-dong located in the same Gu-dong, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.161%.
