A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a driver who drives a shuttle bus from the D Social Welfare Center in Suwon-si C at Suwon-si, tried to commit an indecent act against the victim E (V, 9 years of age) using the shuttle bus by advertising that the victim E (V,) using the shuttle bus gets on board a mixed bus in order to take a swimming course every week and a wooden day.

1. On December 18, 2012, the Defendant driven a shuttle bus around 15:30 on December 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) driven the shuttle bus around 15:30 on December 18, 2012; (b) was in front of the F building in the Young-gu, Suwon-si; (c) was inside the bus on the side side of the road adjacent to the Young-gu, Suwon-si, where there is no other passenger while being in the said D community hall, and was able to sit the victim on the side of the road adjacent to the Young-si, Young-si; and (d) was faced with the victim’s view and the fluencing of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

2. On December 18, 2012, the Defendant driven a shuttle bus around 17:30 on December 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was driving the shuttle bus around 17:30 on December 18, 2012; (b) was inside the said D Social Welfare Center; (c) was in front of the said F Building, the victim was on the side of the said F Building, using the gaps where there are no other passengers; (d) was in front of the said F Building, the bus was set up on the side of the road following the said infant notification vehicle; and (d) was seated by the victim after the driver’s seat; and (d) the Defendant was able to look at the window of the window and the victim’s brea

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

3. On December 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) driven a shuttle bus around 15:30 on December 20, 2012; (b) carried the said victim before the said F building; (c) took advantage of the gaps in which there are no other passengers in the said D community welfare hall while leaving the bus on the side of the road behind the said D community welfare hall; (d) opened the bus on the side on the side of the said vehicle; and (e) opened the door door of the window back to the victim; and (e) opened the opening of the window back to the victim’s seat; and (e) put one’s existing door into the victim’s seat; and (e) put it into the victim’s seat; and (e) made the victim’s hand.
