A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From March 17, 2013 to March 27, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc., the Defendant installed one game machine for the “brepter”, which is a speculative electronic machine not classified by the Game Rating Board from the “C” located in B B of Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, and operated differently from the classification classification (such as a change in the form of sunelectric current, a change in the game function, a change in the settlement pressing donation, etc.) and operated differently from the classification classification. In violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, the Defendant is prohibited from performing an act of exchanging, arranging exchange, or re-purchasing tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of a game product.
