On 02. 08:30 on 02. 08. 02., the Defendant driven a BM5 car volume without a driver’s license for a vehicle with approximately KRW 1km in front of the mother apartment located in the same Dong in front of the 1408-14, Masan-si, Masan-si, 1408-14.
