Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 14, 2015, the headquarters for a strike for general traffic obstruction was held at a meeting of the “public-private competition” in the Seoul plaza located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu and 17-3, by combining the situation of students, labor groups, etc. across the country.

At around 15:00 on November 14, 2015, the Defendant participated in an assembly of the “Public General Substitute Games” at the above Seoul square, and occupied approximately 65,000 participants who participated in the assembly from around 21:44 to 21:59 on the same day, along with those who participated in the assembly, the Defendant occupied the lane from Seoul square to the endlight distance.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on the land.

2. On November 14, 2015, the Defendant damaged public goods, as well as the participants of the assembly demonstration on the street in front of the shooting distance of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Office, but the police attempted to proceed in the direction of the audience. However, the police obstructed the progress by using the police bus, etc., and the assembly participants whose name is unknown are placed on the left side of the police bus, etc., of the police bus, so far as it is difficult for the participants to take off the wire line, which is set up on the left side of the police bus, along with the above participants, and destroyed the buffer system and the windows of the police bus and the vehicle wheels.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the police bus, which is an object used by public offices, thereby impairing its utility.
