A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

Punishment of the crime

During the operation of the real estate brokerage office in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant was aware of the fact that the victim F, each of whom was the victim F, was to use the real estate as a place of early work, and was aware of the fact that he had the money. On August 19, 201, the victim made a false statement stating that “The amount of KRW 100 million shall be KRW 1,250,000 per month and KRW 1,250,000 shall be paid to the victim, as the real estate business capital of KRW 100,000 is more necessary.” On June 2012, the victim received KRW 90,000 from the victim as a national bank account in the name of the defendant and acquired it by means of money.”
