1. The defendant shall pay 176,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from March 4, 2008 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff loaned KRW 176,00,000 to the defendant from around 2004 to March 3, 2008, and the defendant decided to pay the above loan to the plaintiff on March 3, 2008 in installments until May 30, 2008, but the interest rate is 24% per annum.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff interest and delay damages at the rate of 24% per annum from March 4, 2008 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the above loan 176,000,000 won and the day following the above contract date, to the day of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking this payment is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
